Friendly staff made check-in easy.
The room was not clean at all. I found hair on the towels and under the sheets, which was really disgusting. The air conditioning was extremely loud and barely worked. Additionally, I noticed a broken window that didn't lock, making me feel unsafe during my stay.

The hotel offered a great location near shopping and dining, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the room showed some wear and tear, with cleanliness issues and a noisy air conditioner—definitely not ideal, but it met basic needs for a short stay.

clean room, convenient location, accessible features
An elevator would be a vast improvement for mobility issues!!! A thorough cleaning of the carpets and furniture is necessary to uplift the overall ambiance!!! Also, maintaining the doors so they open smoothly should be a priority!!!

We had a good time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the comfy beds during our stay. The hotel also had a nice little gym and a laundry room to help unwind after a long day. The only downside was a small leak in the bathroom sink, but they fixed it quickly, so no biggie! 👍

Basic Stay for a Great Price
This hotel provided a comfortable place to rest during our travels. The staff was accommodating, and the queen room was neat. We enjoyed the fridge and microwave for snacks. Just be prepared for limited breakfast options. A solid choice if you're looking for budget accommodations.

We had a pleasant stay with our 3 dogs. The location was ideal, with easy access to the nearby Binder Park Golf Course, where we spent a relaxing afternoon on the greens. The staff were accommodating, which made our stay even smoother.
My kids wished the breakfast selection was better.

missingWrote a review on 14 Aprquiet atmospheredecent parkingdated facilities
Decent parking space available, albeit somewhat limited. The room had an overall quiet atmosphere which provided a good night's sleep despite the rough edges.
The place felt dated. rooms had a strong odor, and the air conditioning unit made a racket, disrupting any peace. The lack of simple amenities, like extra toilet paper or clean shower surfaces, added to an inconvenient stay. The absence of breakfast options left a gap in expectations, particularly if you hop in hungry after a long drive. It’s clear that maintenance and a detailed update are long overdue.

missingWrote a review on 06 Aprcomfortable mattressupdated flooringconvenient locationunattended front deskroom odorlack of towels
The check-in was smooth, but the front desk was unattended for a bit, which was odd. The room was recently updated with new flooring, making it feel fresher. The mattress was definitely on the comfortable side, helping me get a good night’s sleep. However, I encountered a few issues. My room had a strange odor, and although it was labeled non-smoking, it definitely smelled like something other than fresh air. The bathroom looked good with new fixtures, but there weren't enough towels for the number of guests I expected. The lack of extra pillows made it uncomfortable since I like to use at least two. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was sporadic at best. The location is convenient, right off I-94, making it easy to get around the area. It could really use some attention though, especially to the room air quality and basic amenities like extra towels and pillows. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re passing through, but it could definitely improve in several areas.
